Shipping Policy

Where we ship Genesis International ships within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Free standard shipping Genesis International offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment.

Next-day shipping A paid next-day shipping option is available at checkout for orders that need to arrive within 1 business day. Rates are shown at checkout.

Processing time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt. Processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume or around holidays.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update with the carrier.

Damaged or lost shipments If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at mail@genesis-international.com or (636) 282-0011. If a package is lost in transit, please notify us promptly so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping address accuracy Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout. Genesis International is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
